With rising economic power, progress and prosperity, China has started to flex its muscle across several overlapping areas it shares with at least 14 neighboring countries. In recent times, a Vietnamese fishing boat has gone missing in the disputed China Sea and experts see China’s hand behind the incident. China has passed a controversial national security law to tighten its grip over the Hong Kong abuzz with a volcanic eruption of agitation against China’s belligerence. The superpower has been continuously harassing a Malaysian offshore oil rig. They are also poking Japan and rough-edging Indonesia. And they are doing it all at the same time.
Last week, they locked horns with India along the LAC in Galwan Valley in eastern Ladakh. They breached the 1996 agreement, occupied the ‘GREY AREA’, killed at least, 20 Indian soldiers including the Commanding Officer of the 16 Bihar Regiment and even mutilated their bodies after death. The violent clashes in the aftermath of intrusion into the region SHOCKED many as the Lieutenant Generals from both sides signed a mutually agreed disengagement plan earlier this month. Clearly, there is no containing China’s greed for showing its masculinity to and galvanizing its control over its neighbors.
‘GO AND GRAB’ – that’s clearly an attitude they always wear on their sleeves. And it fits well with their EXPANSIONIST nature. One should know that China has long-term strategic planning to achieve its goal and its calculated steps don’t center on BULLETS AND BURNS.
CHINA’S AGGRESSION – THE STRATEGY OF STRANGULATION
Amidst the border tension and stalemate between two neighboring countries– INDIA AND CHINA – it’s high time for everyone to lend an ear to Investigative Journalist Joshua Philipp’s incisive analysis of China’s TRIDENT – Psychological Warfare, Media Warfare and Legal Warfare – to stifle and silence the countries with a system of their very own. In the recent context of its intrusion into the shoddy or overlapping territories that it shares with its neighbors, let us take a closer look at how its strategic and systematic manipulation of ‘Others’ Systems’ works in its favor.
China is using this ‘TRIDENT’ strategy not only in its neighboring countries but in the far-flung countries as well (Example, USA, Australia).
HOW THE AGENDA WORKS
As a part of its imperialistic and economically ‘monopolist’ agenda, the Chinese Communist Party patiently observes how systems in different countries work, what people in those countries are more sensitive to and the most controversial issues dormant or simmering there. Depending on their observations, they plan country-specific strategies to exploit and explode those drawbacks against them and create socio-political turmoil. They know it well if such a crisis receives constant support and stimulants, it will keep on burning and over time, result in a rickety economy.
Democratic countries like America takes pride in its freedom of speech. The very features considered the PILLARS OF DEMOCRACY in the USA gives China a handle to screw America. They will use the ‘freedom of speech’ to stage paralyzing protests in your country’s own backyard to criticize it. If you take pride in the free press of your country, they will run media remotely controlled by Beijing to popularize propaganda and cater lies to your own countrymen. Brag about the free market and they will set up their state-run companies in your country, sell products at unbelievably low prices and drive your home-grown companies out.
They play a PURELY POLITICAL GAME to sabotage your STATELY SYSTEM with your OWN SYSTEM.. They just want every single country in this world to depend on them and dance to their tune.
THREE WARFARES DOCTRINE
Joshua claims that China’s “Three Warfare Doctrine” is the worst-kept secret as their military publicly adopted it. This doctrine includes three types of warfare – Psychological, Media and Legal.
Psychological Warfare: Joshua postulates that psychological warfare is not necessarily about peddling lies but extends to influencing public mindset about how they will construe information. For example, the CCP unleashed their psychological warfare by claiming that calling Covid-19 the ‘Chinese Virus’ – Donald Trump named it so – is a racist reference to discriminate against the Chinese People.
Media Warfare: According to Joshua, media warfare is meant to control and manipulate information outlets of the big media houses and also on social media platforms by taking advantage of ‘Freedom of Speech’. Anything that reaches out to a larger audience and galvanizes them is considered powerful enough to stir turmoil for the CCP and becomes a target for their media warfare.
The reporter claims that documents collected by him show that the CCP’s Propaganda Arm has hired 1,600 operatives to flood the internet and sweep out incriminating information and evidence against China on the social media sites. He adds that the CCP has deployed 50 cent Army to visit the comment section of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other Chinese social media handles and flood those with half-baked truth, complete lies and decorative disinformation.
A senior Chinese echelon publicly linking the source of Coid-19 to the US military is a case in point. Joshua adds that soon after the claim was made by the Chinese spokesperson, the hired wings of the media warfare joined the chorus to amplify the lie to direct the world’s attention to the USA. The CCP has mastered the art of MARKETING OF PROPAGANDA.
Joshua asserts that the documents accessed by him clearly show how the CCP commissioned hundreds of articles from well-known personalities and online warriors to shape public mindset. Create Perceived Credibility and Continue Adding Fuel to It- that is what media warfare is aimed at.
Legal Warfare: The journalist insists that the CCP leaves no stone unturned to manipulate the international legal system. To this end, China is opposing tooth and nail against the global inquiry into the origin of Covid-19
Hello, I am a friendly homo sapiens with necessary compliments to see, feel sense and taste that comes my way and even sometimes, from a distance. I have interest in many things but all of them US politics is a must-have dish for my breakfast, launch, and dinner. I am passionate but not obsessed with US politics. I visit new ideas, revisit and refresh mine if and whenever necessary to see and assess the US politics without any ideological spectacles on but only with my commitment to truth and honesty.
